Galveston Island State Park

This afternoon, I decided to take a break from my computer and go out. I went to the Galveston Island State Park, which is a good 15 miles west from where I live on the island. The place is really nice, quiet, and very scenic. Definitely a must see if you’re into scenery and water.

    Really nice cap on the birds!!! Are they seagull? Man they look totally different than the seagulls over here…

    And I can sort of see why you weren’t so keen on the beaches there…but hey at least people are swimming there. The shot of the guy fishing there is also very neat…maybe a slightly lower fstop value to make him a little more in focus than the rest of the scene?
