This problem is the result of their massively fast growth; a company one controlled by family pride has been taken over by greed. On the bright side, I think Mr Toyoda has what it takes to get the company back on track. I don't want Toyota to become like the old GM. I like how we all fell into the stupid trap...don't blame Toyota for doing what American companies have been doing for years and covering up their traps. You can't play with the Big Boys unless you learn their ways...that's all Toyota did! My own opinion is that the ONLY thing that will bring a company down is GREED!!! POWER AND MONEY CORRUPT ABSOLUTELY!! It's the thing that brought down Enron, GM, Ford, Toyota...next will be everyone's favorite airline Southwest followed by the next Toyota of the skies...Lufthansa...Apple (SJ is a goner and with that falls the company, and it can already be seen in the iPad).
